We really enjoyed our breakfast. The menu has many options to suit anyone. The food is fresh and light. Good service.

Just off of Plaza Machado this is a great place to stop for a coffee and pastry - the best we had in Mazatlán. They also serve meals but we were never there for a full meal so can/t comment on that.

They start you out with warm rolls served w/butter and jam and the house coffee is very good. Visited more than once just to eat the chilaquillas in red sauce, which had seriously crispy chips (not sure how they did that) and eggs. Sauce was very flavorful as well. Other things ordered- strawberry waffles (was decent, but not too many... More

While vacationing in the Mexican Riviera, my husband had a work emergency and desperately needed wi-fi, and he needed it fast and right away. Like a beacon on the dark sea, we saw a sign that said "free wi-fi" in the window at Allegro so we popped inside, grabbed a table, and ordered two espressos. After downing them, we started... More

Just stopped mid morning for a light breaky. My husband and I shared the cheese blintzes and we were able to order a single bennie. This was perfect for us! The blintzes which we had with strawberries was scrumptious! the bennie was done perfectly!

Had breakfast here with friends who stayed with us a week. It was a very pleasant surprise. The best breakfast in memory. Friend had eggs benedict, his wife the bagel sandwich, and i had an argentine sausage eggs sunny-side up torta. Amazing and great coffee. My wife and I decided to try the golden zone location --- also very good,... More

We stopped here after dinner for something sweet. Everything was fine and if you like specialty coffee this is a good place. We were late so the service was good and the girl who waited on us spoke English better than my Spanish so we knew what we were getting. The pieces were large enough to share but we have... More

After reading the reviews, I went in search of this restaurant despite it being a long distance from my rental. And the food- when it finally arrived an hour and a half later- was good. Not great, but solidly good. However, the extreme unfriendliness of the staff, the English-speaking server who knew perfectly well what I ordered but waited an... More
