Chose this spot based on its mention in Lonely Planet. Have tried a couple of places around the plaza, so it was easy to settle in here. Enjoyed a couple Cadillac margaritas with tostadas and a picante salsa. Had the fried calamari for a starter:...More

Similar menu to quite a few other places on the plaza, typical hearty Mexican food.Had dinner here 3 times in 2 weeks. Loved their shrimp crepe, it's delicious. Also very tasty tortilla soup. Good portions, good friendly service, and a nice spot on the plaza....More

The location is good (at the Machado) so it's a good place to meet people, but I would have a cocktail and eat somewhere else. The mole enchiladas were average. I was surprised that they added a 10% tip to our bill which I thought...More

We have eaten at dozens of restaurants in Mazatlan for decades. This ranks right at the top. The steak was amazing! The poblano soup was to die for. I highly recommend.

The food was very good. The waiter took good care of us and we enjoyed a romantic evening watching the Machado visitors stroll the walkways.

There was 8 of us dining and only one plate came out edible. All the food was cold and I order poblano chicken and got Chicken Mole? Having said that the waiter was awesome....too bad the kitchen was so crappy

When I visit Mazatlan my single biggest desire is to feast on some fantastic prawns so I ordered grilled prawns and they were salted heavily and far over cooked making then real tough and barely edible. I will likely try 1 more time on the...More

Had dinner here with friends and enjoyed it immensely. The flavor combinations in all our menu choices were wonderful. We started with garlic mushrooms followed be the best poblano soup any of us has ever had. Yummy. The chicken stuffed with goat cheese was the...More
