I work for a company with several facilities in Ramos. I visit Apenitas every time for lunch. The food, atmosphere and hospitality are impeccable. The portions are perfect for lunch and the flavor of the sauces / dishes are incredible. I highly recommend the place.

It's name says it all, the place is modest, but clean and cozy (Apenitas is Spanish for Just barely). Excellent home made food, everything we order was very good. Happy hour on beer

Mexican food and enchiladas are the main dish, but offer other options for Mexican food from the area. This is an option for a quick lunch.

We've tried flautas and enchiladas, really bad, tasted like frozen food heated in microwave. Decided not to try the other food and left.

If your mother were Mexican, and you went to her house for Sunday lunch, you would eat like you do here. The salsa molcahette (spelling) is the best I have had, actually all three salsa they offer are excellent. Completely recommend this restaurant. A bit pricey for what it is, but for my money, it is worth it. I have... More

Went here for lunch and the food wasn't bad but it did take a long time to get it. Unless you're on a tight budget, I recommend other restaurants in the area.

I had Mexican meatballs "Abondagas" in a chipotle sauce. They were amazing. Look forward to returing soon.

I've been here twice. The second time I went in with an open-mind but still came out disappointed. The first time I went I ordered a "torta." Probably, the easiest Mexican food you can make since it resembles a sandwich. Hated it! Now, hate is a strong word but that is how I would describe the taste it had of... More
