We visited this place for dinner on friday night, the place was very empty, food was average with average prices and clean restrooms, its ok to go and have something light before going to bed.

This is a restaurant for older generations! My father gathers with his friends almost every morning for coffee or a mild breakfast. For myself it is not a place where I would like to take someone for dinner, perhaps a quick lunch once in a while, but that's it.

The Mexican restaurant chain Vips can be considered as a good compromise price- food quality. We had several dinners at Vips during our working stay in Monterrey with good result: typical Mexican food with some variation if compared to a Classic Mexican recipe; the slightly difference was apreciated.

The closest you will come to a comfort food. Good breakfasts and yummy soups. Relatively cheap and fast! Try the caldo de tlalpeno!

I arrived from the airport kind of late because of flight delays, and my parents and I were starving! We were looking for a place that was open and Vips was open and on the way, so we went! Great choice! Really good food, good service and free coffee refills. I went again a week later for breakfast and their... More

I actually went to the VIPS in Monterrey Centro. The service was a tad bit slow but I wasn't in a rush. The food was good and the portions were more than enough. The great thing about this place ironically isn't the restaraunt, but it's location. This place is located in a shopping district known as Centro. There are plenty... More
