I have been many times to this restaurant and normally I leave satisfied and in good mood, this was not the case in my last visit, we were a group of 4 people having a business breakfast there and it did not work on the food department, I had the ugliest machacado I have had in decades and another people... Right in the center of everything important in San Pedro, hotel SAFI meets and exceeds all your expectations-and it would do so even in the United States for anyone who has a doubt about México. Wonderful ambiance and a great place for meetings. I had my wedding rehearsal brunch here on a weekday and they were very accommodating. They have... More

If you can afford to stay in tower one it is much nice. I was able to be upgraded to tower one because of an incident in my room. They quickly corrected the issue and upgrade my room and gave me free breakfast for the remainder of my stay. The staff works hard to make sure everyone is happy. The... More

What a nice hotel, old yet very weld maintained. Large rooms, comfortable beds, good cooling system. Beautiful lobby, restaurant area. Really nice pool / outside area. Great Service. There is something about the Mexican work force that they are so professional and polite not like a lot of places in the USA. Only issue was the back jets on the... More

Our stay was for five days to attend a wedding. On two of the mornings we had the full breakfast buffet. I found the choices available to be almost overwhelming, but found the menu items I was familiar with were outstanding and those I knew nothing about were just as good. Try the mushroom quiches. You won't be disappointed. Make... More

I was invited to the hotel because I was attending an event nearby, but the truth is I have been at better hotels in Monterrey. The lobby is amazing, looks like a very fancy, elegant , classy hotel...unbelievable. So I guessed the rooms would be as gorgeous as the lobby promissed.....not! Ugly cheap room, small window, old and cheap furniture,... More

The hotel is really nice. We got a room that was very beautiful and comfortable. The beds and pillows are great and slept really well. The pool is lots of fun with its own toboggan which is fun for the kids. The personnel is very friendly and always trying to accomodate your needs ASAP. They are very polite and nice.... More

Something bugged me about this property. It is in a very nice part of town. It is a beautiful property among some trophy office buildings, across from a nice mall. From the start, you walk into a grand lobby, but the front desk is uncertain about things. "How much is WiFi?" - Not free but I'll need to check on... More
