Very simply, food is excellent, service very good, the room is a bit noisy and weeding breakfast/brunch can get crowded with some waiting, but it is worth it.

La espadana is a great restaurant to visit on vacation or just looking for something new. It is a short trip across the border, and great restaurant to finish a day of in tj. It is a family atmospher and not the typical revolution street food.

Don't forget to order a coconut-pineapple cheesecake slice, to... More

A great restaurant for breakfast and lunch make sure u arrive early as its always bussy with long lines-a lot of baby showers birthdays and get togethers for the well to do happening in this restaurant the Food is really good as well as the service-parking can be a challenge specially on the weekends before noon.

La Espadana is simply the best location for breakfast in Tijuana. This restaurant is located in the Zona Rio of Tijuana and is in an area where there are many restaurants. I'm very picky about where I eat in Tijuana. Often locations that are praised as awesome or great are just the opposite of that. But, La Espadana offers you... More

I went for dinner since it was too crowded for breakfast. Breakfast seems to be the most popular time. It was not crowded in the evening at 7:00 pm on a Friday night. I had a chicken breast dinner that was very good. It came with tortilla soup and vegetables and was good but not fantastic. Will try for breakfast... More

We always visit Espadaña when we're in town. The service is great. They seem genuinely friendly. The food is delightful.
