Walked by the Cafe during the morning and saw it packed with locals. Dropped in for lunch. Sort of a cafeteria place. Only one lady cleaning tables. Place wasn't packed, but the food took a long time to get out. Food was average.

I found Cafe Ole (CO) while walking around looking for a place to eat. I asked some of those sitting outside, and the said the food was good. You have to order inside, and they bring the food to your table. There is not an English menu. So you need to tell them in English what you want. Service is... More

From Chilaquiles to Heuvos Rancheros to Burritos & Tocino to omelettes, the hard-working family at Cafe Ole serve up righteous, authentic Mexican food. You won't leave hungry. And your tummy will thank you for stopping in.

Cheap, basic, tasted like it came from a can.Even the low cost for breakfast couldn't redeem the mediocrity of flavor.

Atmosphere isn't much but the food is really reasonable and very good. We've been back three times for breakfast - but lunch is good too.

We went based on the wonderful reviews. It was workmanlike food, nothing special. Lots of serving mistakes. When the right dishes got to us, they were fine - omelet and huevos rancheros. But I would not go out of my way to get them again. Coffee was passable. The hot cakes looked good, though.

Excellent place for lunch. Nice outside patio dining and service area. Very friendly. Easy access, on the main street in town.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Large servings--I ordered scrambled eggs and should have figured out how to ask for a smaller serving since it was about 4x what I normally eat and much was wasted. Spouse ordered omelette with ham and cheese. Ham was ok. Cheese was velveta or American and not good. Mexico has great cheese so it would be... More

Actually it is the only one chance in Loreto to have breakfast. If a good orange juice, eggs and bacon and bread with jam is enough, you will be satisfied to kick the day off here

This place is in the Historic shopping district and has outdoor dining. I had the pancake combo. Crispy bacon, perfect sunny side up eggs and two pancakes. Also the bathrooms are very clean.
