We ate there many times during our stay in La Paz. Everything we tried was fabulous. Even the Flan! The staff was very attentive and congenial. Looking forward to our next trip down south!

So excellent! Don't let the name fool you, this place is super authentic, the menu is large, and every single thing we had was excellent, from the fried fish and shrimp tacos, to the smoked marlin stuffed jalapeño and corn version of an empanada (maybe it was called molote?). House made chips, good selection of beverages, and friendly, fast service.... More

Great little spot. Excellent variation on the menu, fresh ingredients and super helpful and friendly staff. Best guc in La Paz not skimping on avocado and thinning it out with sour cream - a no in my gucamole book. Worth hunting it out- not on the main drag- take a walk there and back it can neutralize the immense taco... More

I Love local 'dives' with Great Food. And this is now one of my Favorites. I am a solo traveler and I felt right at home here... I must say, I wish that I could have eaten more... I was just able to polish off an order of grilled octopus... omg... at first... a little daunted... a Whole octopus was... More

Great little place, really friendly service, all our idiot English questions were answered with a smile. You can order a couple of things then keep ordering anything else you fancy and at these prices you can just keep going! Lovely range of chilli sauces too, closes at 6pm so get there for lunch!!

At the recommendation of many, we ate an early dinner at Mc-Fisher. We were greeted warmly by the proprietor, Mirsha, who helped us find a safe place for our bikes. We each ordered the marinated fish, one with yellow fin tuna and the other with blue marlin. Both were fantastic! The side salad with one meal had crisp fresh veggies... More

This is an amazing little restaurant only a couple of blocks behind the Malecon and only 5 mins walk from the Cathedral, not the long hike incorrectly shown by Tripadvisor. The lovely bilingual staff were full of helpful advice and the choice of dishes was plentiful and all so tempting. The options were all traditional, simple and with absolutely amazing... More

Great food, friendly service! We ordered: + Catch-of-the-day with vegetables + Octopus taco + Fried fish taco + Shrimp and onion taco Beware of the hours, they close at 5pm or 6pm most days and are closed one day a week. Lunch is your safest bet, or an early dinner.
