Our very first visit was in the winter of 1995 en route to on a surf trip to Quarto Casa's!!!! Stopped for breakfast early on a Saturday morning to find the place busy!!! Always a good sign! Best Huevos Rancheros ! & fresh hot coffee! All served with homemade Tortillas & rich butter!!! Today's visit was about our 25th. Never... More

While in the city of Ensenada, we visited this restaurant for a lunch and it was pretty good with warm Mexican environment. The food was hot and tasty. We were lucky that one in our family could speak Spanish with the servers otherwise, they don't speak or understand the English language much.

We went to breakfast there during a massive power outage. They assured us that they could still make breakfast, so we went inside. The place was packed with locals! My husband ordered huevos rancheros which were good and I ordered the chef's special of chilaquiles, machaca and eggs. I got the winning dish by far! Maybe the second best chilaquiles... More

We could only order breakfast at 11:45 an it was nothing special. The tortillas were store bought. The service was poor, we were overcharged. Maybe because we are Americanos?

Very cozy place with mostly nice staff, except our waiter that maybe was having a bad morning. We waited 40 minutes to get our food served, when our eggs and pancakes arrived the restaurant was a lot emptier, but the flavor was worth the wait. Everything is very clean and if you want a custom dish, they may be able... More

This place was recommended it for its yummy breakfast. We spend a weekend with my family in Baja. Unfortunately, we decided to stop here. Our mistake! Food took a long time and they took a long time serving the appetizers. We were about to leave bcs they kept refilling only our drinks. When food arrived it was honestly the smallest... More

We tried out this much adored reastaurant after a few people had recommended it. Particularly the breakfast there! But our first time in happened to be for a late lunch. My beef arrachera was delicious and my wife's shrimp dish was equally satisfying! They have a select menu besides there normal one that comes with a drink soup or salad... More

Las Cazuelas offers some of the finest food in all of Ensenada, BC, Mexico, and at extremely reasonable prices. I particularly recommend the whole fried fish Veracruzana style and the Camarones Rancheros. The bread and soups are also very excellent and fresh-made. Easily one of our favorite restaurants here in Ensenada where we live. Please add this restaurant so we can review it. They deserve to be on here above at least half of the restaurants at worst and at best amongst the top 20.
