as we turned into the bustling street in the early Friday evening we were welcomed by a crowded street with music playing and people moving about in a very colorful display. Once inside this busy 50 seat Italian restaurant we were recommended to try the Lamb Ragu. It was sensational and I cleaned up the leftovers on another plate. Dessert... More

Had an entree and main. The entree was particularly nice but I could only finish half of my main, the serves are quite large. I had the gnocchi with burnt butter. As a lover of gnocchi I thought they were a tad spongy. My partner had the veal risotto which was nice but not a great deal of veal. Staff... More

Always have a lovely, authentic eating experience at this place. They also do kids dishes which is handy.

Lovely pappardelle with cauliflower, blue cheese & thyme; homemade gnocchi with burnt butter and linguine marinara were all generous and tasty plates. Good mid priced Pinot Grigio went down well and the serving of tiramisu was almost enough for us all. Busy, friendly, unpretentious and good value; great local vibe

Having spent many occasions in Italy and I love the true style of food. The flavours are always rich and strong and it is an insult to the chef if you find the need to add salt or pepper. This cafe is exactly like this... the food is full of flavours, some an unexpected surprise and there is no need... More

This restaurant has become a regular stop for pre theatre dinner thanks to the quality and variety of the food, extensive wine list and great service. We always feel warm and appreciated while dining there. Menu reminds me of Tuscany, as does the large selection of Chiantis.
