Six of us enjoyed both the food and elegant ambience of the King's Head restaurant. Service was attentive throughout the evening and we enjoyed returning to the bar area for our coffee and petit fours. Two couples had the duck which as usual was divine:...More

This is an excellent restaurant. Superb food, well priced house wines, attentive staff and comfortable seating. Their special offers are not to be missed.

Been going there occasionally for over 30 years. It's always very good. A good appetite required to tackle the beautiful roast duck.

Excellent service by all staff. Would recommend to others. However would like to see individual pricing for the 3 courses as one of the party didn't want a pudding. The set price meant it was paid for.
