This place is amazing!! This was our second time eating here. Absolutely delicious and great variety. Every bite is loved. The service was good, too (other than even though we mentioned it before our order, they wouldn’t split the check. Super in convenient, but it’s...so good whatever). There is not much to say about this place: Great location despite being glued to the road, you feel secluded. Great indoor seating and great outdoor seating - ready for all year round visits. Friendly and funny staff. Efficient ordering of drinks. And the food...is mouth dripping. Greasy, yes, but taaaasty! Had the best hamburger in a very long time here. Everything is recommendable!!!More

We absolutely love this place. We visit every time we travel to Mt. Hood area. Their food is incredible, especially the Mac and Cheese. Ally took the best care of us. Drinks are awesome, the setting is really nice and they have live music. A...lot of the locals come here too.More

A really fun place to make a stop coming down from Hood. My guess is the live entertainment would make up for the somewhat mediocre food. I had the sampler, and the ribs were just fine, but the pulled brisket was not great at all....Of the three sauces, the mystery one was best, but all tasted like ketchup + to me. The atmosphere is perfect for what the place is. I enjoyed looking in the nooks and crannies- kept seeing more neat stuff. Everyone seemed to like something about the place, but with a Texas chef, I expected more refined dry rubs and better treatment of the beef. Almost there, but not up to true BBQ standards.More

My wife and I had a wonderful evening at Skyway. We got there about 7:15 on a Saturday night and the place was packed. It is like two places in one the first side, huge is on the left dining room with beautiful vaulted ceilings...and stain glass. long hallway and the second room, - Dark, cozy, romantic room on the right where they play the blues! We had to wait about 30 minutes to get on the music side. Not bad. Tables become communal around 8:30 since they push together for the dance floor. Food was fantastic, my wife had chicken breast (see pic) and brocholi, I had the sampler, both were perfect, moist. I got all three BBQ sauces with the sampler and liked the mystery one the best and liked the ribs the best, but pulled pork and brisket were great too. I have to say the hostesses were so nice and accommodating, it was like we were regulars, our waitress was always there when we needed her Finally the blues band was great, really enjoyed and even stayed into the 2nd set, lured by a very excellent lemon pie to finish our evening. I think this is the only live music around for a ways (not sure what is in government camp). But a charming place for family or date nite with amazing BBQ, friendly, casual with great tunes. Can't wait to try in the summer and see the garden area. Got a great tip about the Blue Diamond from the band for blues lovers in Portland's SE.More

The smell of bbq, the big warm fire place, beer! They have the best macaroni and cheese! This place is always packed for a reason! If you can hit up a live band do it!
