Too bad- everyone says it was great. The local rumor is that it may reopen under new chef and management- but got the moment it is locked up to tight!More

Hello Marshall, we are closed because of Covid19. The rumor is true that the property has been sold and will undergo a full renovation and reopen November 15th under new management.
I do think it is unfair to rate us for being closed and am...More
The Rock house is everything that people say it is. Great food, great service and high prices. It is expensive, but very good. Most people don’t like giving them a credit card to make a reservation. Beware of the $50 per person fee if you...are not there within ten minutes of your reservation.More
Set in a lovely hotel, this seafood restaurant serves classic island dishes. The seafood crepe was a bit uninspired but the other dishes were quite good. The staff is a bit stiff but the view makes up for that.More

Hi Cara and thanks for your review however I believe you have mixed us up with another restaurant as we do not have seafood crepes on our menu nor have we ever. We are also located on the bay side not the Ocean. You may...More
We had dinner at Rock House. We experienced a fully booked restaurant during a rainy evening. Service was extremely slow and somehow overwhelmed by the amount of people. Later we learned that due to weather conditions some staff couldn’t arrive for work - instead of...no communication at all to customers some would have helped. Anyway, the food was super slow. We had to wait for almost an hour! before being served. One of the dishes was totally tasteless - salt, herbes, nothing. The other dish was ok-ish. Pricing stiff but that is island standard. Given the hype on this restaurant we felt this being overrated.More
Highlight meal of the trip. The ambiance is incredible. The lamb and fish were wonderful. We went back a another time for stone crab and martinis. Love the place but keep in mind that you will drop $300 plus for 2. Try some of the...excellent Afrohead or One Drop Rums. They are wonderful.More
No doubt this place is a fine restaurant with great food. The price was just beyond what it should have been for most items, but I am glad we ate there. I know everything is expensive on the island, and I am ok with that....They just took it to a new level unnecessarily in my opinion. Service from Kava was great. She is awesome.More
