The baked oysters and seafood chowder were the best we've had anywhere and the service was excellent. The margarita on the rocks was really good too! You don't need to drive to Port St. Joe or Apalachicola for oysters. It was so convenient to where we stayed. Because the food was surprisingly good, we came back and ate there the... More

They fed us late one night. They were super nice...we had a huge group. It was decent...some enjoyed their fish as super fresh, whereas the shrimp was not. I'll go again. Nice, relaxed and beachy!

All oysters were great. Shrimp were awesome. We tried Cone Heads and are glad we did. The waiter was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We will tell friends about this place and will return when we get back that way.

This week 3 of us enjoyed a mid-afternoon lunch and a pleasant experience. I had the delicious seafood chowder and boiled shrimp (which were huge and obviously fresh). The others ordered fried shrimp baskets and side order of onion rings. Portions were generous, fresh cooked and very good. Service was excellent. If you are at the cape, this is so... More

Let me start by saying Cape San Blas is beautiful. We have stopped at Cone Heads twice. Both times we left before being seated. I understand the difficulty of managing this place though. Its a vacation hot spot with a hit or miss amount of customers. If they can't figure it out they are in for a rough road ahead.... More

My husband and I visited Cone Heads while visiting the Cape, but not sure I would eat there again. The food was average, the service was slow. Maybe it was just a bad day!

It's Ice Cream, It's Nothing Special... Where other restaurants in the area seem to focus on delivering good value, Cone Heads focuses on maximizing profits. I will make a point of avoiding this business on a future visit.

Should have known when I pulled up and there were very few people here that it was going to be a rough lunch. Hush puppies were definitely frozen and then fried, pizza was definitely just a reheated premade, and seriously; how hard is fresh shrimp at a place you could cast your line into from the front porch. They were... More

We arrive late on Saturday night. Small place. Good size menu. We had a variety of food. Shrimp were good, not very big. I fun place! And you also get ice cream after your mean if you are still hungry!!

We stopped by this little place for some oysters and a beer in the afternoon and were confused by the place. Great outdoor area downstairs but you can't use it except for ice cream ! Really? Went upstairs and my wife had shrimp that were really good. I had a dozen of the smallest oysters I've ever seen. The waiter... More
