I paid £15.95 for my two courses. Main was ok, typical Sunday lunch, over cooked veggies and thin gravy but staff were more than helpful in bringing us extra sauces and more gravy. Dessert was nice; I had apple crumble which was a bit too hot (gave the impression it was straight out of the microwave) but everyone else had... More

We had a lovely meal here on xmas eve. We had food from the main menu which was really nice, freshly cooked (cod in batter, chicken nuggets - the only thing we noticed was that the chips seemed a bit 'old'), and overall tasty. The kids portions are really big. My daughter is 9 and sometimes children meals are a... More

Booked last minute for Sunday Lunch. Shown to our table drinks order taken but no food order. Waited and waited eventually managed to get attention of one of the young girls serving as people who arrived after us had been served their food. No apology when a different waitress arrived to take our order. When food arrived it was piping... More

Child friendly with nice big fenced in area where they can run around safely and play on the equipment. Dogs only allowed outside - ok but mostly laid with large sharp stones for the dog to sit/lie down on with limited patio area available, I can see that this would be a problem if the pub is ever busy, I... We have driven past this place many times on route to mid Wales and I can't believe we have never stopped before as It is right on the A483 and an ideal stopping point. It's obviously been done up recently and has plenty of seating indoor and outside on the patio or in the children's play area. There is a... More

Visited a couple of times before and never really had any problems however we recently visited and it's fair to say I will not be returning anytime soon. We visited as a couple and due to the lovely weather decided to sit outside, we ordered a drink and our food and got our table number and waited for our food.... More
