It just opened during our stay and we had family dinner for 8 there. We we're discounted due to our inclusive package so drinks and dinner reasonable. If you order of menu it is a little pricey but food very good.

The only thing that topped the meal and service was the spectacular room itself. The restaurant is set gorgeous grounds giving it an old world feel, which was complemented by attentive staff and great good.

We waited til the last night of our stay, to visit this grand restaurant. Other visitors had given us very good reviews of this lovely venue as we walked around the Grand Lucayan Resort to find our bearings. While waiting on our table, we were fortunate to sit in the bar area, listening to a lovely local singer and pianist.... More

It is hard to know where to begin this debacle of an evening. We were seated without table service or menus for almost 20 minutes. It took another 10 minutes to give our order. (no idea why we stayed except that the singer was fantastic and killed us into a state of denial) After another 30 minutes we were brought... More

I stay at the Grand Lucayan or its new Lighthouse Point 3 times/year for a week's golf vacation and dine at Churchill's as often as I can, at least 3 times per trip. First stop is the beautiful lounge and bar. The dining room is elegant, with professional staff, many menu selections and great chefs. You're greeted and seated by... More

On a holiday vacation in the Bahamas with my wife and daughter, we decided to try dinner at "The Place to Eat" on Grand Bahama Island: Churchill's in The Grand Lucayan Resort Hotel. It did not disappoint. The service was impeccable and not rushed, the menu was broad, inspired and diverse in its selections. And the affable maître d, Mr.... More

This place is a mystery to me. In the beginning of the year I arrived late at the hotel and tried to have dinner here. Since I had no reservation it was "complicated" because apparently they were full - by full the meant 11 tables out of 40 available. On my return trip in June, I though I was smart... More

Beautiful dining room overlooking the beach and ocean. Lots of windows and light. Good menu selections and fantastic service. Also...great piano lounge attached to hear live music each night. Not many fine dining options on Grand Bahama island but this is one worth the visit. Make sure you dress for dinner...no flip flops etc.
