Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We happened upon this interesting french-themed restaurant and market driving out past the airport. The decor is very interesting, but the highlight was the cappuccino and beignets we had for dessert. Both freshly made with inhouse roasted beans and still-hot beignets. yum!

My number #1 go to place that I suggest whenever a friend of mine ask where to get coffee in Nassau is Louise & Steens! You can tell that the menu was made with love and not to mention their wide variety of beverages, Oh...boy! As my always go to order is their Ethiopian Coconut latte paired with spinach & feta bistro. My day absolutely brightens up with that! I heartily suggest that you visit Louis and Steen's Market Orleans if you're ever in Nassau, Bahamas. The spot to go for a lovingly brewed cup.More

Far removed from the Atlantis and the town, and a $50 taxi fare (each way), you really have to want it. So glad we did! A food and crafts market with food counters at the back, clean, cool, with jazz music playing. The proprietor was...super friendly and helpful. And the food! OMG. The fried shrimp and slaw po' boy, the shrimp roulade crepe, and the shrimp etouffee were all amazing! It truly was worth the time and effort it took to get there. If you find yourself leaving the airport, this should be your first stop, as it is close by, albeit the opposite direction from town.More
