We found this restaurant while shopping downtown. We sat outside and it really felt like an outdoor cafe in Europe. Tapas were great and the food fresh. Paella was also wonderful. Lobster pasta was perfect.

Palm Passage is a walkway as opposed to a street. There's a big "Palm Passage" sign at the waterfront end. A map would be helpful here.
