It is a fabulous place to spend some time in. Anywhere you look, you find something interesting to see. I wouldn't call it overcrowded as I read in other reviews, I think the incredible amount of stuff adds to the interest. Of course, that is just a personal opinion. The food is good, and we love their lemonade. Call ahead... More

A few friends were wanting to get together for a farewell for a friend so we decided to go to House of Jaipur. The seating area is limited so I suggest making a reservation if there are more than 2 people going there. What a charming little shop! I thought the menu would just be tea and cakes, so I... More

I love Indian food, This little tearoom/restaurant is nestled in the quite outskirts of Port of Spain. A place filled with character and presence of India, where you can leave the day behind. Sink into the fine Indian cuisine that they are famous for, it is hard to choose a favorite, since all the dishes melts into one big gastronomically... More

Great little tea room. Wide variety of Indian teas, also a extensive menu. Food was tasty, the Shrimp briyani was excellent, also the vegetable samosas, the dosta was a bit salty, however still tasted delicious. The tea room, was a bit cramped for room, but the delicious food made up for the lack of room. The merchandise was quite exquisite,... More

I definitely recommend it to anyone that loves teas, such a wide organic variety available, or anyone that wishes to experience a true Indian culture. It's also quite affordable depending on what you get, I usually go to have tea... More

Have been here several times and love it. A great place to meet up with friends and have a bite. Lovely setting and it is almost as though one is transported to India. LOVE the selection of teas and obviously, because it is a tiny place the menu cannot be extensive, but what they do offer is very VERY good... More
