This was a must have meal on my last trip to Trinidad. One of my top 5 things to eat during my vacation. The taste was everything I hoped for and remembered. The service was quick and efficient. This is already on my list for my next vacation

Got to try this on your visit to Maracas beach. Very busy when we went, but quickly served. Once you get your shark and bake ( or is it bake and shark?) you can then move round choosing variety of salad fixings, tamarind sauce, pepper(careful), All I can say is I enjoyed it so much , great food. Fish was... More

If you've never had Bake and Shark at Richard's on the North Coast Road at Maracas Beach your definitely missing out. Definitely value for money. The quality and consistency are there. It's rich and full of favour. This will make your mouth water with the first bite especially since you have the opportunity to put all the dressing and sauces... More

It's not a restaurant, it's a booth off the beach... But the best bake and shark you'll ever eat. Be pepared for long lines but it moves fast

A delicious fried bread and fried seasoned shark fillet (fish). served with over 25 condiments (optional). Very tasty, prepared before your eyes. The owner/chef was very friend and staff very helpful in packaging the end result a very big sandwich. An experience and meal you should not miss while in Trinidad and visiting Maracas Beach

We came to the beach on Saturday in Maracas Bay, and this place is to your right as you get there. Cannot miss it, there was always a nonstop line all day. They offer the shark & bake, and king fish. We personally liked the shark best. People treatment is incredible. 100% satisfied

Went here two days in a row. The bread and fish are fried but perfectly greaseless. It is crispy and fresh. There is a bar of sauces and fresh vegetables that you can put on your sandwich as you choose. The hot pepper sauce is HOT so beware! Highly recommend.

But it was the best thing ever! I love that you have an open buffet for dressings and just a lovely atmosphere to chill and have drinks and lime. It was great. I'd recommend anyone to Richard's!

Well if you visit Trinidad you have to go and try a Shark and Bake at Richard's. It's not necessarily the most healthy meal seeing that it is baked and fried with batter but it is a good way to full up your stomach after a day at the beach. With a large selection of Salads and Salsa's to add... More
