Went there for a quiet relaxing evening drink and a quick bite. The service was horrendous. After sitting and waiting at the table, no one came to ask what we wanted. I had to go to the bar area to ask. The drinks was then...served with a frown and even after ordering hamburgers with fries, it never arrived. I was so annoyed that after about 48 minutes, I went back to them cancelled my order, paid my bill and left. attrocious and diabolical way to run a business...would not recommend even if i was dying of thirst or hunger...such a shame because on entry the ambiance looks so good...i wont be going back...More

Tucked away on the top floor of a commercial building in the heart of town, unless you find the door leading to the stairs with one very small sign you will miss it.That would be a pity as it offers a unique for SVG bar/restaurant/lounge...experience with an extensive and varied menu of both small and large plates suitable for sharing. These are excellent, freshly cooked and reasonably priced. Service is laid back but at least at lunch time efficient and attentive. The wine list is rather expensive and obviously restricted by the available selection in KIngstown liquor stores, spirits and beers are available at usual restaurant prices . All in all worth a visit , we live in Bequia so an evening trip is not possible but locals tell us that that is when it really comes alive with music.More

Was invited to Flow by some friends for a drink. Nice upstairs bar not far off the center of downtown. Airconditioned and relaxing ambience. Drinks reasonable priced. The food is good and service was quick. I would visit this place again.

If you are in st Vincent then don’t miss Flow. The food is amazing. This was definitely one of the best meals I had on our vacation. There was live entertainment the night we were there. A man played soft rock on piano. It was...perfect. The building is beautiful. Make sure to eat at Flow on your visit.More

Located on top of the local Subway franchise FLOW Wine bar is one of those "secret" places that you just have to visit, especially if you're looking for something outstanding and a few notches above the rest... Spent the afternoon nibbling on fantastic "small plates"...and perfectly chilled wine. Definitely a "don't miss" place in the very heart of Kingston, up the road from KFC, above Subway and simply sublime!!!More

Had lunch but unfortunately waited and waited.. Seems like this place wasn't quite ready to be more than a appetizer and drinks spot. We enjoyed the food but when you are waiting for 75 minutes and watch others come and go you do wonder

The dining room is very spacious, good location, easy to find. Good codfish cakes, good fish fingers, well stocked bar and wine list.

Resto, Bar, Cafe'...name it, all combined in one! Beautifully restored, spacious historic attic. Friendly service, excellent food, wines and beers plus the only place left in Kingstown where one can get a decent, relaxing cup of coffee! The menu is interesting and the soups are...outstanding!More
