Pretty simple but delicious fare if you're on a budget. Juices are delicious and the pie and peas/chunks is a staple.

I enjoyed the food at Ras Ital to the max. I made sure to try everything and I wasn't disappointed in the least. Most ital spots I've eaten at make an uber sweet tamarind juice. The one at Ras Ital wasn't too sweet, just perfect.

If you are a strict vegetarian, then ras ital is the place for you. There is a very wide selection of healthy food, even for the meat eaters who just want an alternative. If you are looking for a dining experience with a real local...More

Very wide selection of food including chunks, codfish, fried fish... I particularly love the codfish. Natural juices also available. The service is okay by other workers but when the proprietor serves, which he does every now and then, he's quite exceptional and jovial.

A great Rastafarian restaurant in the capital of St.Vincent and the Grenadines, just a couple of blocks off the main street. It isn't completely vegetarian, but there isn't another category to choose for it. There are some meat and fish dishes, although most are vegetarian. The emphasis is on fresh. Each day, there are eight or ten dishes. Lunch is a choice of four, plus bread and a beverage. Beverages include fresh juices and teas, and mauby. Most customers of Ras Ital are local. The restaurant offers good value and delicious food.
