Took a ride to the French side and talking to a few local people they all mentioned the name Piazza Pascal. So the six of us stopped in. We were greeted by Pascal and his wife Donna. They were short on staff and would do...everything to make our visit the best. They did not disappoint. Our choices ranged from Veal, lasagna, chicken parm. The veal and the lasagna were amazing. The service could have been an issue, but Pascal and his wife and two servers, with a full house kept things going and did it with a smile and great passion. Then I had the Tiramisu and it was the best I have ever tasted. So you you go to the French side, be sure to give these great people a chance. We went to this restaurant expecting the usual pizza house fare. Far from it. I had a delightful seared tuna steak with a lovely sauce and my partner had a very good steak. We were seated upstairs which had a lovely ambience.

Visited as we have every year for the past several trips to St Martin. And unfortunately it’s not nearly as good. Just found out that ownership has changed which explains a lot. Some dishes were good but most were disappointing. Vitello tomato was tough, primavera...was very oily, lasagna tasted mediocre. Wine selection very limited. Servers spent more time having fun with each other than upstairs. Oh well, times have changed here.More

We were looking for a more casual dining experience and Piazza Pascal fit the bill. The food was good but in GC, good is merely average. The service team is friendly and committed. Pouring rain while we were eating on the rooftop and they didn’t...miss a beat going from covered to uncovered to covered seating area to deliver our meals.More

This restaurant had changed hands and changed menus since the hurricane. What used to be a pizza place is now an excellent Italian fine dining restaurant.

Grand Case really needs some low-key, midrange restaurants, and this is one of those. Unfortunately, a change of ownership (and chef) this past summer has made a difference. Our food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t as good as before. In addition, the dishes arrived on...a pretty “relaxed” timetable, and several items on the menu weren’t available the night we visited. The new crew is obviously trying hard to please, but they have a way to go before matching the Pascal & Donna vibe.More
