I'm coming to this Roadside grill for 4 years but still locals order before foreigners, If your willing to wait, this is the best roadside grill for lunch!

My husband and I stumbled upon this place and we are glad that we did. The 'orgasmic ribs' were wonderful and a fantastic price! They were out of the sides that I was able to eat (I am gluten free) so I couldn't try anything else. It always seemed busy!

I drove by this place a few times with the window down. The chicken and ribs being grilled smelled good and persuaded me to stop. Once I stopped the trouble started. The clientele is a mixture of locals and tourists. The staff are locals. When I went there, it was busy, but not crazy. Customers don't form a line or... More

Good ribs, chicken and fish. Usually something a little different like pigtails or goat on the menu everyday. We'll stop by while on the beach to get lunch. People are always friendly. Locals always hanging out and having a good time.

My two sons and I went here for lunch. The food was good. sides were plenty. Ribs or chicken could have been more. The people were friendly. We ate there with the local crowd which was very nice.

A trip to the island is not complete until you stop at a roadside stand to enjoy the local food. Captain D's does not disappoint. We enjoyed the food as did many others in the area. Convenient if staying in the Simpson's Bay area. We walked from our resort to grab some great food to take back to our place.... More

We had the jerk wings and the ribs at say 3 pm in the afternoon. The young lady behind the counter was very short with us when I asked about the other items on the menu. They didn't have anything else -- they ran out of sides. We would have come back but the attitude turned me off.

Try everything the staff tells you to try...ribs and chicken of course, but that relish in the little container and that drink called Pond Water - not to be missed!

I loved this place. It was a good option to pick up food and bring back to your room. Good bang for your buck. They had tasty Jerk chicken, bbq chicken, BBQ Ribs, and turkey wings. You got a large portion of food. I ate here 3 times in my week stay. This spot is amazing! You might be thrown... More

This is the ONLY lunch spot we ate from while in St. Maarten. The food was amazing, they gave you a whole lot of food with a big variety and the cost was unreal! The container of food in my picture was ONLY $10!! And it was delicious!!!! The staff was great, very pleasant and friendly every time! I would... More
