After a couple hours spent hiking the trails of Pigeon Island, this little cellar pub was like an oasis in the desert! It is certainly a lovely way to use a historic structure and it is cool (in both temperature and atmosphere!) – definitely a welcome respite especially during the hottest part of the day. Lyndale was an entertaining and... More

We didn't make it to anything other than the cellar/vault area. Nevertheless the underground was a welcome cool place to escape the midday sun with a Piton.

Climbing the mountain and seeing the history of old English Fort, cannons and ambush hideouts! Beautiful view of Sandals Grande Resort. Have a drink at the bottom!

We finished our hike up to Signal Peak and was attracted by the pink building (i.e. The Officers' Quarters and Mess) by the sea. We walked behind the building and noticed a passageway at the base of the building. We went in and to our amazement we found a lovely historic pub inside with stone walls and a wooden bar.... More

I was so happy to find this bar. I heard about it before we traveled to St. Lucia and from what I heard about it I knew I just had to see it for myself. The location is beautiful and the bar is so cool. Sitting in the bar and being able to look out at the ocean was amazing.... More

We were straying a Sandals and it was a short walk to Pigeon Island. After our hike we just happened to see this little cute pub so we dropped in for a couple of pitons their local beer. You just have to drop in their before you leave and say Hi to James.

This is a fantastic cellar like bar on Pigeon Island. Cold beers and hot beef patties. Oh and the bartender James is a sweet heart.

We were on a cruise shore excursion at a small nearby beach and hiking trail. After wandering the nearby old fort ruins we walked near the museum (which was closed for repairs) but had an awesome view of the ocean. Heading back to the beach, we noticed some stone archways underneath the museum. Passing through one of them, we discovered... More

My wife wandered in here not knowing it was a bar, but we were glad to see a fridge full of nice cold beer once we got in. We decided to chill out all afternoon, talking with Lyndale, drinking and listening to the ocean in this converted old Captains quarters (which happened to be 10 deg cooler than outside). This... Wandered in there after a day on Pigeon Island. We almost missed it as there are no signs. We were greeted by Chin, the bartender with a warm welcome. He was very accomodating as I almost passed out from the heat. He put the fan from behind the bar out in the main area for me to cool down. He... More
