Have been here 7 times over last 15 years. This used to be a Michelin 2star restaurant, but they refused to market it properly as a destination, and now it is a fancy bistro under the same name and same price levels. In March 2017 the food is not high caliber quality, mostly basic dishes, lot of filler like bland... More

Very disapointing food, with no flavor, some of the food seems frozen rewarmed, expensive and slow service.

The Hotel Guanahani is a lovely property and its fine dining restaurant merits a visit. We found the service very friendly and efficient. We felt most welcome though we were not guests at the hotel. The menu was quite limited and there was a focus on Italian food that night so we both ordered local Mahi Mahi as our main... More

If you want to wait for your food for more than two hours, that is pre-cooked and cold then this is the place for you.

We have been to Bartolomeo numerous times. It is a very romantic setting. Nicely lit outdoors, the food always impeccable. What I am going to say next is difficult, and I will retract it if I'm proven wrong. I am an American and typically tip very very well. However on this visit I noted a line for tips on the... More

We stayed at the hotel and had dinner here almost every evening (closed on Wednesday and Thursday). Every day a different menu. Great food and service. A relaxing atmosphere. No need to take a ride to town.

This restaurant on-site at le Guanahani has a rich and varied menu, a wonderful little quiet garden vibe, and a great staff. It's open 5 nights a week, and we ate there twice during our stay at the resort. Beautifully plated, exceptionally tasty French and Mediterranean cuisine. Even if we were staying elsewhere on the island, we would come back... More

Restaurants on the island change from year to year. Last year we had a very pleasant dinner ar the Bartolomeu so we decided to return. We found the garden setting very pleasant. Food and service were excellent. We also usually have lunch once a year at L'Indigo which we.repeated again this year. The food, setting and especially the service were... More

My wife and I came and enjoyed lounge chairs on the beach and had a wonderful lunch. The chairs were gratis with the price of the lunch which was delicious and elegantly served. Staff were attentive and everything was fresh and delicious. We shared a great quinoa salad with Shrimp that was served with wonderful rolls and olive oil. The... More

I don't think this restaurant would survive if it weren't in the hotel! It's in the garden and the hotel main road is right in front of it--no view whatsoever of the water. The food is very basic--crudité with dip really? But expensive. There are so many good choices nearby--go elsewhere. The staff is very pleasant and eager to please,... More
