Our family decided to try this restaurant for Breakfast. The Menu is on the wall. The food is good and reasonably priced. It was full of Locals going to start their day. The order taker (you go up to the counter to place your order) was very patient and helpful. It is right next to the back side of CVS.

I have passed by this place multiple times in the past and never stopped. Yesterday morning, I decided to make a change in my Puerto Rico breakfast routine and drop in and wish I would have done it years back. This is a very small place... two tables inside and a couple of counters. We got our food to go.... More

I visit Cafe Ochoa every time I have a seminar at Old San Juan (puertorrican food). They treat you like part of their family ans all the staff is great and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. They have a daily special and all the favorite puertorrican sandwiches. Small spot ... Little paradise of AMAZING BORICUA FOOD!

Cheap and cheerful - freshly made breakfasts! We had breakfast here on 2 days - standard breakfast fare - not a fancy place, really a hole in the wall. But, they cook in front of you it's fresh and cheap! Our breakfasts on two days for the three of us, with scrambled eggs, toast, boiled eggs, Puerto Rican pastries, coffee... More

If you are in old San Juan near the pier this place is great for a sandwich, salad or tortilla (omelet). Super inexpensive. Freshly made tortilla. We were staying at the Sheraton Old San Juan and had breakfast from here everyday!

We stumbled on Cafe Ochoa on the way back to the cruise port. We smelled the wonderful aromas and saw the local from two blocks down and decided to try it. It's a small place that gets packed with locals as lunch time goes on. We shared bifsteca, rice & beans, tostones, the best mofongo I've ever had, water, and... More

Awesome food at a very good price. I came here looking for something to eat that was not expensive I got my wish. This place is not big but the treatment was excellent and fast and the food was awesome for a cafeteria they do some food that might be gourmet in other restaurants but the price was very cheep.... We arrived here for breakfast just before 10am and received our food at 10:53am. Make sure you call ahead to order your breakfast, otherwise you may be waiting a while. They have ONE small grill and do one order at a time... Not the same type of service we're used to in the states. We ordered omeletes, "Tortilla con todo"... More

We wanted a place that was quick, good food and reasonably priced for breakfast before starting out our day sight seeing in Old San Juan. We didn't want to eat at the Sheraton because of the time and the cost for 5 of us. The valet guy at the Sheraton told us about this place, It was exactly what we... More
