The shop management allows customers to be harrased by outside people while consuming inside. Coffee is not so great, there are better options in the area.

Owners and employees dont bring security to clients, bringing political issues inside. With no respect for the others clients inside, keep away from this insecure place.
Coffee not that good, sluggish personal, security issues with people bringing political protest inside the business, not recomendable place, beware
The restaurant doesn't have any kind of security for the customers and management allow that punks attack verbally the clients inside the restaurant. Had to leave without finish my food. I will never go back to that place.
Owners and employees dont look out for their customers. Bad service. Horrible food. Plus they dont pay their taxes and therefore running an illegal business
No security and the management permits that punks attack clients, Had lo leave. Small. Neighborhood neither safe
Delicious, quality coffee, loved it. Excellent service from the moment I entered, very welcoming and attentive staff.
Good sandwiches, good coffee, but a little bit overrated in my opinion. Setting of the place is nice tho. Its like an old house where u can sit, relax, takes you to the old days. Probably the best coffee spot in Ave. Domenech. A little...bit pricy i think. Would i recommend it? I would say yes...More
Let me start with the Good: my Don Juan was Good, my husband really like his sandwich and said the once he finally got his coffee it was great. The older man that works here is so charming and energetic. Now the story: I been...wanting to come here for a while. I am all for supporting the local business. We order quickly I don't drink coffee and the person taking my order didn't know if the chococo had coffee so I order a regular hot chocolate and a latte for my husband, a Don Juan which is a Waffle Sandwich. I found out they don't make the waffles because they we unable to explain to a different client if it contain eggs. My husband had One of the chicken sandwich and we order scrambled eggs. Got the order number and sat down. Like 15 min later I got my hot chocolate which I insist had coffee and the waiter said they be back with my husband latte. The a guy bought the order I mention the pending Latte he said he didn't work that area. We started eating a I see coffee after coffee come out. I ask an older man that works there for the latte. he ask for my receipt but didn't bring the latte but made eye contact like he was on it and apologized. My husband finished his sandwich went to the front told them the latte never came but no one did anything. The place clear out and As I am getting up very annoy the man see me and said wait it coming and they finally an hour later he give my husband his latte in a to go with no pizzelle. He also gave us some cookie to compensate the wait. Just disorganized but I give them a second chance.More
We went to Latte Que Latte on the recommendation of a young man at our hotel. Well worth the Uber ride over (about $6). We ordered the Billy Holiday (chicken panini with fruit spread, goat cheese, and chicken) and the Don Juan (ham, cheese, on...a delicious seasoned waffle). All were amazingly delicious! The coconut cappuccino and dolce were amazing. The star of the visit was Jesus. Please talk to this sweet man if you get a chance - his outlook on life and his stories were well worth the visit. This shop is a gem in San Juan! ❤️More
Used to be one of my favorite places for breakfast. The last three time has been bad. There is a problem when you go with a group to take your order. The "Maria Callas" option was not available for the last two times, nor the...pink grapefruit juice. These are among the best they have. Service has declined a lot as a result of the problem to order. They want everyone to order and then wait to charge each person individually. Customer is not first here anymore.More
Great prices, exceptional customer service and well located. Definitely a very nice place to visit with family or friends.
The best coffee place. Plain and simple, no competition!! The coffee comes with a cinnamon waffle that is to die for, the sandwiches are great but the best thing is the ambience of the place, AMAZING
One of the best latte's I've ever had! The foam art was fantastic and the crispy treat that came with the latte was fantastic. Wish I could have visited it more while in PR!
The place is super casual. The furniture is all homemade from scraps. But make no mistake, the ambient is super relaxing and appealing. The coffee is out of this world. The food is amazing. The service is super friendly. There is a lot of community...service going on here too. Simply a great place to come, anytime.More
