My family and I went here straight from the airport, starving. Half the menu was not available that day, and the food we could order took over an hour to be cooked, yet came to our table cold. Visited on Sunday No rice and peas - what, how is that possible on a Sunday! I expect staff cooking food to be wearing hair nets, this was absence for most staff. When this was pointed out - staff were rude. Don’t believe the hype...- food is average, tasted better elsewhere in TrelawnyMore

We absolutely love this place. It’s has a genuine island vibe. The barbecue is delicious and the price is reasonable!

Was recommended by the hotel and was great! Very reasonable price, good options, nice staff and comfortable eating area.

Back to Mo Bay for our last afternoon before off to the airport. It had to be scotchies for our final meal. It did not disappoint ! Superb! Ribs - jerk chicken - corn - festival, good wine to. Thank you !!

We stopped here after swimming with bioluminescent plankton. The place was pretty empty was service was faster then other places. I got the jerk chicken and it was delicious. Would definitely go again!

We went for lunch. Got Chicken and pork--I thought it wouldn't be enough food but it was. Don't expect it to be a nice place--it isn't but the food was good.

The food is so good we went here twice. Don't forget to pour some of the spicy sauce over your jerk chicken or pork. Unfortunately, both times we visited there were no wings, but other items were available. I do not recommend sweet potato pudding....There is one waitress for the whole spot, so you're better off ordering with the cashier and waiting for your order next to the kitchen. We had Scotchies a few years ago when we stopped in Jamaica on a cruise and really enjoyed it. We brought our kids this time and we found the chicken and Pork to be a little lacking in Jerk flavor and the meal was not...inexpensive. We were hoping for a better experience with our kids and when we go back to Jamaica we will try other spots.More

The place is away from Ocho Rios where we were and it was about 20 minute ride without traffic. We went there on our last night there and the taxi driver quickly got us seated and called the waitress for us without us waiting in...line. We asked him to have dinner with us as well while we shared his stories and life in Jamaica. I love chicken but not fan of bone in chicken which most jerk chicken or pork is and my wife is veg. Luckily they had some good local veg options while me and my taxi drive had chicken. The overall food was great so was their spicy jerk sauce . The settings was beautiful but little dark and open so mosquitoes were sucking on that Jerk seasoned blood But overall good placeMore

We stopped here on our way to another excursion. By far the best jerk chicken we ever had! The flavors and hot sauce are one in a million. Wish we could take some home with us! Will be going back then next time we are...in JamaicaMore
