Les Apprentis was a surprise to find in a small popular marina surrounded by ordinary seafood restaurant catering to the french expats. This restaurant could shine in any city, and is will worth planning ahead to get a reservation. The food is wonderful, with exquisite flavors with local produce. The service overseen by the owner was friendly with Gallic charm, but the real magic comes from the young brigade in the kitchen

I had already eaten in this restaurant alone a few months ago and returned there to taste the new chef's menu. Honestly… A DELIGHT! From the cocktail which was very good to the very refined dish and the divine dessert, faultless for this establishment, really well done 👌🏼 The menu is very elaborate and still sought after, the prices reasonable, a great atmosphere, I was very well received by the two waitresses. A very beautiful establishment on the Marina de St François that I recommend without hesitation

The food is very decent but not worth the price. The wines, although basic, are overpriced. Les Apprentis, Restaurant-Marina St-Francois stands out for its location along the promenade in the heart of the Marina St-Francois. A small restaurant-Bistro with a chic and cozy atmosphere, the furnishings are modern and comfortable, the table well set and elegant, a breathtaking view of the marina and its boats. The cleanliness of the place is remarkable. The a la carte menu is creative and impressive, wide variety of dishes. Refined and subtle cuisine typically Guadeloupean with intoxicating and unique flavors and aromas. The seafood is delicious. The best lobster in St-Francois. Freshness on the plate and happiness in the mouth. The presentations are appetizing. The wine list is reasonably priced as is the menu. Johanna provided exemplary service by giving us all the time we needed to enjoy our meal. After the faultless restaurants Le Poivrier and Le Zagaya, and the disappointment of Vivaneau at Cap sur l'Ocean, we tried Les Apprentis this evening. Good foie gras, curious starter of snails with morel sauce, but truffle risotto with disappointing lobster. This last dish corresponded to a good preparation of risotto without the slightest taste of truffle, but with a lot of salt and even a little stuffing. The top gastronomy of the Marina

Excellent from start to finish. From the shared foie gras to the risotto and the magnificent grilled octopus, we enjoyed ourselves. Small restaurant on the Marina of St Francis

Despite a long wait (it can happen...), we reveled in our dishes. It was divine! The children's menu was also very appetizing and for once, they are not offered fries and nuggets. The service is attentive and friendly. The cocktails are good and generous. We'll be back!

A gem on the Marina de Saint François, a big surprise when tasting their cocktails, each tastier than the other. But what about their dishes!! , simply tasty, delicious, where the taste of the dishes is respected from A to Z, combining freshness with respect for the products. Really a very good restaurant, which I highly recommend during your stay or visit to Saint François. I end with the welcome, the service, and the kindness of the owner and his staff who make you have a great tasting time.

Like most of the comments, ours is: excellent on all points, the meal (fish tagine and chocolate frozen dessert), the service (waitresses and cooks), the location, the atmosphere... In short, we had an excellent evening as a couple on January 16, 2024. The downside when opening the wine list: first price of a Côte de Provence rosé at 39 euros! (Admittedly very good). We would have moved on if the wine list had been displayed, as is the menu at the entrance.
