My visit to Zambezi was after my tour on 11/12/16. I couldn't stomach the idea of eating Ostrich after feeding them & enjoying the babies. So I ate Chicken Wings! LOL! They were delicious! The sauce on the wings were perfect but it came with ketchup for the fries (which were perfectly cooked) & a couple other sauces. I loved... More

Nice restaurant with pleasant staff. The lamb wrap was a bit fatty but had good flavor. My husband had the soup and it was quite tasty. Not much around the farm (at least what we saw) so it was convenient to have to the restaurant on site.

Had a snack here before our tour of the ostrich farm began. My grilled sandwich was delicious! Very reasonably priced, lovely views, and friendly staff.

Came by when we toured the ostrich farm and decided to try the ostrich. Had the tortillas which has strips of ostrich meat in them. Food was very good, the ostrich tastes very similar to a steak, something i wasn't expecting.

After our tour of the ostrich farm, we moved to the Zambezi Restaurant for dinner. We were on a tour package so we each had a prix-fixe meal starting with our choice of soup, followed by an entrée of ostrich and delicious sides, and ending with dessert. The ostrich was phenomenal – we wish we could have gotten seconds! The... More

My wife and I had lunch here after the short ostrich farm trip. African theme restaurant with ostrich meat as specialty. We ordered Ostrich steak with spicy herb sauce and Kaapse lamb curry. Both dishes were tasty! The ostrich meat was very tender and cooked to perfection. Bit pricey though at $37 for the steak but do go for it... More

Try an ostrich burger, taco or omelet. If you are at the farm, the Cafe is a must-stop! There are other choices but be daring and try something really local! It was delicious! Really!!

This is a fun restaurant decorated well and fits right in with the african theme of the ostrich farm. The ambiance and views are the highlights. The food is good, portions are small, and the ostrich is very expensive. I'm glad we tried it but it would not survive but for the remote location and the unique chance to eat... More

We tried here for lunch. The staff were lovely, but the food pretty average really, with dry meat, slightly dry / stodgy pancakes and bland accompaniments. Also, outside eating near animal means flies abound. Disappointing.

We had a very nice time at this place. It's in the same place as the oostrich farm, a little far away from city center. A GPS will help. Delicious food and drink, spacious shadowed area that help us keep the temperature low. Very nice décor. A african products shop can be found in the same place.
