In walking along waterfront, decided to stop here for dinner. No reservation, but no problem getting seat at 7 pm. Was right along street, so a little noisy, but fun watching the world go by. Gazpacho soup and calamari tapas for appetizers and fish trio and beef teriyaki foe entrées were very good. Friendly and fast service.

We had a great dinner for four with a wonderful water view. My husband and I had tapas, and all were great, garlic shrimp, steak skewers, goat cheese, mushroom, and fish. Our friends had fresh fish catch and the new-to-the-menu, beef stir fry dish, which they both said were very nice. The service was attentive too, I like they bring... More

We ordered rum punch and asked that it have a rum flavor, they hit it on the nail! Our meal consisted of sharing a Fish Trio, excellent by the way, and cheese au gratin (excellent). This is our fourth trip to Bonaire and we always eat at La Guernica at least twice during our stay. Great staff, wonderful view of... More

We eat here each trip to Bonaire for the tapas. I did not even look at the rest of the menu. We ordered 7 tapas, 6 would have been enough. All were good. The only negative thing was an extremely limited wine selection. 3 whites and 2 reds, all cheap and cheerful.

Nice food (maybe not the best on the island, but very tasty) and a lot of smile and kindness. Beautiful sea view is the cherry on the cake.

We couldn't find the restaurant we were looking for, so we stopped in to La Guernica on the waterfront. Good choice! My wife had the tuna with lime-ginger sauce, and I had the wahoo, both specials of the day. Both came with some fresh veggies and wonderful potatoes au gratin. $25.00 each. Nice outdoor dining to watch the sunset.

Luscious Sangria! Delightful Tapas! Good service, though rain had them running and a bit preoccupied. View was very lovely. The goat cheese wrapped in bacon with walnuts was marvelous! Wish we could take this restaurant home with us.
