Dined al fresco on a hot afternoon yet the temperatures were perfect due to the location, a lovely breeze and a giant tent on the veranda. The gardens are beautiful but the food is truly amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious. I was sad when the meal was over.

Went here on 3 occasions. The first time for dinner in 2 and it was great. The food was fantastic with good portions. Good quality price. 2nd time I went for dinner in a small group and the portions were extremely small and the price much too high for what we ate. Gave it another chance for lunch in a... More

The Giardini di Ararat is the perfect type of agriturismo - it is a stunning property with beautiful, lush gardens and a homey interior. Everything about the decor is on point, from the amazing table setting to the mis-matched plates hanging on the walls to the fire place. The food is excellent, from the cheeses to the pastas to the... More

Went there by accident and the experience was a good one. The location is in the middle of the countryside, inside you find a welcoming friendly atmosphere with good service. Unfortunately Sunday lunch is a bit caothic with a full house. The antipasti and pastas are home made and originally presentated. The main courses are good, fresh (all bio local... More

Out close friends recently got married at this place and it was perfectly organised. Picturesque sunset and nice weather made it even more magical. The downside would be the food and drinks. The food was average for italian standards and the wine etc were not the best quality. I would not go back to eat/drink here but for events -... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and although it was closed the owners showed us round and gave us a bit of a tour. As they'd been so welcoming and the views were stunning we decided to book for the following Saturday. The waiter was very helpful and friendly but he seemed rushed off his feet. Unfortunately a few... More

The place is magnificent and the location awesome. Views at sunset are breathtaking. We were warmly welcomed and the list seemed highly promising. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to our expectations. My pasta was bland, and so were the cakes. The waitress was very helpful but served our second drinks too late, when we were about to have... More

A very warm welcome followed by an aperitif outside in the beautiful gardens. Relaxed atmosphere and a menu that changes according to what is available from the garden. The views are incredible and the food is seasonal, very tasty and good value. We really like this place and would certainly look forward to returning again

To get to the restaurant follow Strada Romana up when coming from Bagnaia. Eventually you will see a small wooden sign to the left saying "I Giardini di Ararat" in cursive. Pay attention since you can easily miss it. The restaurant is beautiful, feels like going into someone's cabin house. The service was great, the waitress was very friendly and... More

The Giardini di Ararat Bagnaia is a farmhouse hotel, surrounded by the Cimini Mountains, that embraces the idea of the inn as a meeting place for the traditions and customs of the area, a hub for local food and wine. The restaurant offers a menu in accordance with the principles of Slow Food, seasonality and the surrounding nature, for true zero-kilometre cuisine with zero environmental impact. The perfect setting for an unforgettable wedding, at the Giardini di Ararat you can recreate a classic reception from the good old days, enjoy a more casual party such as a picnic on the grass, or even celebrate your civil union in the fairy-tale chestnut woods.
