Arrived early in the village so stopped off to have a coffee. Drinks were very welcome and the service was second to none! Such a lovely end to our walk! The cakes looked great as well although we didn’t have one.

Stopped off today while walking Hadrian’s Wall. Friendly, welcoming, fab coffee, scones (best so far) and yummy mars bar cake. Great day.

We just happened to be driving past on a sunny bank holiday Monday. Amazing cream tea with hone made scone. We sat in the garden with the dogs and enjoyed the sunshine. I would highly recommend a visit.
