I didn't bother to check the reviews first, so we sat on the patio and ordered drinks (we had already eaten lunch elsewhere). The service was prompt and friendly the beer and cider were cold, and the toilet was clean. No complaints.

This was the only place open on February 3, 2017. Lunch comes from a can and the service was bad. I had soup that was marginal at best and my guide had a pork chop that was served raw. He complained and they took it back and then reserved the same meat and couldn't even put fresh fries on his... More

It was the only place open on a winter weekend and it was packed but what a dreadful experience! Most people ate with their coats on as there was absolutely no heating. Food was very very bad and also not cheap. The burger was a small, dry, overcooked puck and with fries, it cost EUR 14. Also the place is... More

After visiting Omaha Beach we went in for lunch. Our expectations were moderate and we were not surprised, not in a positive, not in a negative way. The waitress was friendly, the owner? inside where we needed to pay less so. The burger I had was nice, the soup and mussels others in our party had were also good. In... More

We have been here twice, both out of necessity; it was the only place open. The restaurant outside is shabby and needs redoing, but I wouldnt be bothered about that if the service was great! The restaurant is accessible by a side door, and they have crammed a few too many tables into the space which means people have to... More

Bad, bad food! They propose things that they don't know how to cook. No taste at all, a deception. Save your money by not going there. Nothing is home made. Go to the supermarket and you will have better food.

Good fish and chips right by Omaha Beach. Service was adequate, drinks were good, and prices were reasonable considering it is definitely a tourist trap. Lots of free parking nearby.

They just have business because of their location. No reason for visiting this establishment a second time. Most enjoying was their unprofessional service. For example, when ordering, they did not even bother to come to your table; you had to shout your order disturbing other customers. Really a place not to visit again.

Another great little French restaurant, this time located in the heart of Normandy and in the middle of the WWII D-Day invasion route.
