This Neapolitan restaurant had been recommended to us by a close friend. It is not a fashionable place and the decor is quite retro. Still the food is absolutely genuine and the flavors authentic. The starters, the pizza and the calamari were just great and the desserts were to die for. I had one made with ricotta cheese: I could... More

I was delighted to discover this wonderful restaurant, run by the talented, friendly Cuccarese family, in a building dating from Roman times in the beautiful ancient town of Cori. Accompanied by the playing of pianist and composer, Domenico Cuccarese, I ate fish caught that day, cooked with great skill, and served simply and elegantly. Definitely a restaurant for those who... Very good and friendly. The menu is really good and very good value. We went there several times and mostly had seafood and pizza. The large seafood starter is excellent.

It's that simple. The best. Go taste, I recommend the diavolo! Baked with real wood, in an old style genuine Italian stone-oven. The tomato sauce will soothe your tastebuds as they've never been before...

By far, this is the best pizza restaurant in Cori. I have eaten at this restaurant three times. Twice for pizza, and once for the seafood. While the seafood was good, the Naples style pizza is even better. This is a family owned and operated restaurant. The family are friendly and want you to enjoy your dining experience. On my... We travel to Cori twice a year, and this is our favorite restaurant for seafood and pizza. The whole family is involved in the restaurant -- one son makes terrific pizza, one son is a true creative chef, Mom operates the desk and Dad is the host and the "visionary" of the restaurant. They have recently moved to a new... More

Whats to say? It's great. The tomato sauce in particular is (insert very positive word). Even the pizzas without tomatoes is (insert positive word). Pizzas are Naples-style and worth the trip from Rome (about 40minutes by car). That will also give you the opportunity to see the romantic mountain town of Cori. Go.

The pizza doesn't compare to Naples but the fish appetizer was great and a view with a breeze is lovely. I won't go out of my way to return but was happy with my dinner here.
