This is a lovely tea room with seating inside and a large seating area outside right next to the bridge. There was a huge variety on the menu but we just chose to have a light lunch. The sandwiches and soup were tasty and the...More

Scrumptious afternoon tea, very pleasant surroundings, efficient and helpful staff. Highly recommended. The only thing we needed, and it is a picky thing with absolutely no bearing on the quality of food and service or the enjoyment was a teacosy to keep the tea warmer!

We went twice during our week's holiday. Each time after a good walk so appreciated the outdoor seating for our dogs and the quick friendly service was great. Food is amazing too.

This isn't the only eatery in Pooley Bridge but it is the best. It's not huge (which is nice) and right next to the bridge, where you can watch everything. The menu is everything people want to eat after walking the fells, not fancy food...More
