We had a pork cutlet and chicken burrito. Both were very good; the burrito was more something most gringos would describe as a chicken and vegetable wrap. Fantastic view of the beach and lake.

Great value for what you get. Nothing fancy but the food is good. The owner, workers are friendly. Right on the beach with great views. WiFi available.

Great view over the beach. Watermelon juice really worth recommending. We had burrito and fried cheese with bananas-delicious! But what surprised us was the special soup with beef - not in the menu - definitely should be serves other guests too! This was prepares for owners' family but we were lucky and also got great portion of it!

We went here after a long day on the motorbike and hiking. They were missing many items from the menu and did not get our order correct (even though we speak Spanish). But the food we got was decent and the service was too.

Comedor Jackeling offers a very traditional Nicaraguan menu at very inexpensive prices. It has great views of the beach and has a casual atmosphere. I would certainly come back for some great, simple, cheap, authentic eats.

Look very good for the sign at the road at Santa Domingo. The Comodor is 75 m. by dirt path from the main road. We had the chichken srewers and it was magnificent. Other people also said that their food was also very tasty.Recommanded.

Finding good food/service on this island - especially during the off season - proved challenging. We walked over here one night based on this website's recommendation but was pleasantly surprised. My fish was perfect. But I really liked the customer service. I found the place relaxing as well and less formal than my hotel restaurant down the street. It was... More

My husband and I dropped in after reading trip advisor. We enjoyed this well priced delicious food. I had the shrimp skewers and he had the fried fish. Our favorite was the appetizer - fried cheese and plantains. Good service and view of Lake Nicaragua

This shady palm roof comedor overlooks the Santo Domingo beach and has an extensive menu and drinks. Lovely wood tables - seating that can fit a large crowd. Service was very attentive, friendly and meals came quickly (which can be unusual). Very good value - we talked to other travelers that had their local lake fish here which was highly... More
