We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sunset B. My boyfriend has Celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, and when we asked our server if there was anything he'd be able to eat (because they have just a handful of items on the menu each day, all thoughtfully created), Michel ran out and excitedly told us that he'd overheard us and that he'd be delighted to accommodate. They were exceptionally careful in ensuring my boyfriend would get a delicious meal that he'd feel safe eating, and they even went above and beyond to customize the dish a bit for him. He had a delicious Sicilian-style porkchop, and I had pasta with goat cheese and prosciutto (so good!). We each had some rum and fruit juice cocktails that are dangerously everywhere in Gwada, and we shared a fantastic passion fruit panna cotta for dessert. The ambiance was great (we sat outside on the deck? porch? area), and the experience couldn't have been more lovely. I'd recommend highly regardless of the food allergy piece, but they were so caring in going the extra mile for them that we almost went back for all of our other meals in Bouillante :) Thanks, Sunset B! We'll be back soon!!

DELICIOUS MEAL MADE BY KIND AND AMAZING TEAM

I can only say WHOA!!! First, the people serving and owning this restaurant are so kind! They are keen to explain the concept of the restaurant (French and English) which is based on using the freshest local ingredients. You can see these on the board at the entrance -one meat, one fish, one vegetarian and one pasta dish with a couple of dessert. The prices are very good. 22 € for the meat and fish 15€ for vegetarian and about 6.5€ for pudding. As a family of 4 we tried the meat (delicious beef with spices ) , fish (tuna skewer with pineapple sauce) and vegetarian (Mille feuille of veg with goat cheese and honey) and everything was delicious. The cocktails are great and I highly recommend the raspberry daiquiri (yummy!). The fruit juices for the kids were great as well. They really made a massive gesture as well for the kids and us as it was our special day (birthday and anniversary) and added candles and song with a big smiles and champagne! Beautiful place, beautiful people 😊

We were on our last night at Guadeloupe 20 min before starting kitchen. First tastefull plantain cocktail in the garden with sundown. After that we got a table for 2 inside. We didn't make a reservation, but is was no problem. Salad, with smoked fish and duck breast, tasty. Sweet water shrimps very good with ginger and garlic! And we took the homemade calleloni. Also nice. A espresso and a dessert for my wife. Great food and ambiance. Service great and the staff very friendly. Definitely recommended, we would come back.

Exzellente Qualität, kreolisch-karibische Küche mit tollem Konzept. Jeden Tag nur 4 Gerichte, dafür jeden Tag anders. 1 x Fleisch, 1x Fisch, 1 x vegetarisch und das Gericht des Tages. Engagierte und sehr nette Gastgeber. Nach der Entdeckung kamen wir gleich am nächsten Abend wieder. Angenehme stimmungsvolle Klaviermusik als Ambiente. Excellent quality, Creole-caribean Diagramm with a very good concept: Every day only 4 different dishes, that vary every day. One meat dish, one seefood, one vegetarian and one plate of the day. Very motivated and friendly and conforting hosts. After exploring the Restaurant, we came straight back the following evening. I highly recommend ! Good soft piano music as background.

Very cozy place, quiet and very welcoming. They bent over backwards to accommodate us even though we hadn’t booked, it’s great. So, I advise you to book before coming, so you can taste efficient, simple and delicious cuisine. A big thank you for the excellent welcome and the delicious meal

We went there last year at the same time and found ourselves there today 16.02....still impeccable. The flavor of the dishes. The kindness of the staff. It was my birthday and the waitress went out of her way to prepare an unexpected plate of tapas...a complimentary cocktail and the candle on the cake 🎂 so cute....I insist on the taste of the very well prepared dishes.. ..see you next year

The à la carte restaurant of the day which is gaining recognition among the top restaurants in Guadeloupe. The setting is typical of West Indian restaurants, with a little personal touch. The music is good and discreet. The friendliness of the staff is just incredible! But the best is yet to come with a culinary experience worthy of the greatest tables on the island. The diversity of the daily menu as well as the freshness of the products make the experience unique thanks to innovations in cuisine worthy of its reputation. Well done and thank you!

“The people were nice, the restaurant was good, it was beautiful and well organized” Paul 10 years old. Very good food in a pleasant setting. Small menu with fresh daily dishes made with great taste and always pasta for the children. Professional and very friendly team. Many people come there and book to come back the next day…. Unmissable restaurant

We are locals, we know all the restaurants in Bouillante. This lunchtime, Sunsnet B is probably the first restaurant in Bouillante (value for money: _ Absolutely delicious semi-cooked marlin, - Very fresh raw vegetables, judiciously chosen and seasoned, - Fine, airy semolina, - A carrot and coriander puree that is more than tasty, Tasting this dish transported me in waves of chills! A remarkably kind welcome and service! Don't miss this establishment! To this day, I make it my favorite restaurant in Bouillante. Christian PS: Well-being in addition, Well designed restaurant, just airy without air conditioning or fan, very quiet, soft music, children's area...

To begin with, there is only fish or meat, no starter, we expect something decent. From the chicken there were bones from another meat without warning, then very little meat, lots of potatoes. At dessert time there was only ice cream. And the planter only tasted like fruit juice. The positive point is good red wine. Well, you will have understood, it is not worth the detour. The tourist must also be taken care of. Too bad because it was recommended to me at my accommodation.

Bonjour je suis désolé de vous dire que vous vous êtes trompé de de restaurant car je ne vends pas de glace et et encore moins du poulet avec un os d une autre viande . Tout les jours nous proposons un poisson une viande un végétarien une pâte une salade plat ainsi que 2 choix de dessert fait maison. Bonne vacances sur notre belle île.

Each time we visit Guadeloupe, we enjoy the warmth of the welcome at Sunset B and the consistent quality of the cuisine. Year after year, the cuisine, always renewed, offers us quality products prepared with talent. A fragrant cuisine combining local products and distant ideas. And the quality service is efficient and attentive. Without forgetting the drinks prepared with passion. All at a very reasonable price. So if you know Sunset B, enjoy it more often. And if you don't know yet, come and discover, you won't be disappointed. High standards, talent and long-term kindness make for a great cocktail at Sunset B in Bouillante!

Great atmosphere, very nice and chic. Really very nice staff. Four dishes to choose from, meat or fish or pasta or vegetarian. ingredients always fresh and quality, the dishes prepared at the last minute but the wait is not long. We chose the fish, delicious! And a tpunch to prepare yourself (top!) and a pinacolada which was very good. Absolutely go for it!

No card ! It's a great concept, the menu is harmonized according to fishing and seasonal vegetables...so the assurance of eating fresh. The tastes are refined, local products cooked with originality...a delight! Choose from a fish, meat, vegetarian dish or a nice varied salad. Perfect price quality. The service is done with a smile and in a very pleasant manner. Please note, it is better to book. One of the best, if not the best in Bouillante!

Everything was great. The setting is neat and warm. (small flower arrangement on the table 🌸). There is not much choice but this seems to be explained by the cuisine based on fresh produce. There is something for all budgets and the value for money is exceptional. The service is cheerful and professional. You can go there with your eyes closed
