A beautiful interior atmosphere as a log cabin. Beautifully decorated in southwestern style. Very quick and efficient service. A wide variety on the menu with some unusual dishes. Or at least some I'm not used to. The service and food preparation was very gourmet like....More

Our family enjoyed this nice dinner after hiking and walking. We recommend the Chicken El Tovar. My youngest had the kids filet. The elk walking/eating outside the window was a bonus.

Although slightly on the pricey side it is well worth every penny! The service was impeccable and the food was beyond comparison. If you have good taste, enjoy great service you will not be disappointed. Totally first class!! Kudos to the serving staff!

There's a view of the rim from the restaurant. It is a nice view but limited to the tables near the window. Thus, if you sit elsewhere in this large establishment you will not have a view of the Canyon.

Not really. We went in for breakfast wearing jeans, t-shirts and hiking boots.
