Came here with family and friends on Easter Monday. Thankfully our friends had booked a table as it was exceptionally busy. However this didn't impact on service. Very wide selection of dishes from the bar menu as well as a large selection of specials. I had the duck and ale pie which was unusual but tasty. Comprised a small ball... More

Called in here after a long sunny day at the beach (southborne). After a string of disappointments in Bournemouth we booked en route and managed to get an evening sitting at 7-00 pm. Fantastic choice of mains and reasonably sized kids offerings. Sweets excellent. Main waitress chatty and friendly. Good selection of Ring wood Ales. Would definitely go back.

We ate here on Wednesday 12th April, as a family of 11 in total, 4 of them children ranging from 4 to 10 in age, for a special celebration for several significant events within the family. We were all very happy with our food - the menu was varied, with some unusual dishes, and all of the grown-ups had difficulty... More

This is a lovely pub that we have visited before and will definitely go back to. Food is very nice indeed, the inside of the pub is as nice as the outside. Beers delicious and a very good choice and very well kept. I really highly recommend it.

Decided to go here with friends as we felt it offered a good mix of food for all our diverse tastes. I felt disappointed with my experience, I had the special which was a seafood Nero pasta, it was vile, I couldn't make out if it was off or not but it had a very strong taste of something unpleasant....... Absolutely superb food. My wife, daughter and myself ate there two nights, the second being Sunday 2nd April. We had booked and you will need to, it's very busy and deservedly so. The first night I had Steak & Heart suet pudding - absolutely excellent. Night two was not quite as good, snails to start, only six and to follow... More

I have been meaning to visit this pub for many years, primarily based on friends' recommendations and one lunchtime earlier this month I took the opportunity in passing. It's a lovely building with plenty of space in the car park and very relaxed. Nothing poncy about it at all and no need to book (when I went, it was practically... More

We were a group of four for lunch, midweek, and decided on this well known pub for lunch. It has a reasonable carpark, attentive and professional staff, and good menu. The food was extremely good, well presented and tasty. We would definetly recomend this venue for a homely, fresh, tasty lunch, full of flavours. We will definetly go back in... More

We came to the Three Tuns for a family get together and sunday lunch. We were treated fantastically well. We had a small baby with us and the staff were great and provided a high chair for him. All of the food that we ordered came in a timely manner, not too fast or at all slow, and was delicious.... More
