Attached to the hotel and breakfast is good there. Fresh eggs and good Japanese selection as well. But menu is the same everyday. That makes it boring

At about $30 for a lunch buffet, I expected better food. The roast beef was so sinewy and tough...took a bite and left the rest. The dessert cakes were really really good. But apart from that, for about 3500 yen each, the lunch buffet was definitely worth the price. Nothing was bad, but nothing was particularly great either.

Until May 2013 they have a "food from New Zealand" buffet special, so the price is very expensive, about $45 for buffet dinner, or $35 for lunch. Good food though. You need to book for Sunday lunch and other peak times.
