We absolutely love this restaurant, and they have the best lunch deals! We go here once a week when we’re in Tokyo, and the staff is amazing... the manager Julien is a sweetheart :) highly recommend!

I had heard a lot about L’Atelier from friends and the Roppongi location is no exception. Everything on the degustation we had was simply exquisite. Incredibly made dishes but not incredibly try-hard or too clever for their own good. Just amazingly fresh ingredients expertly paired....More

On the recommendation of a friend who had lived in Tokyo, we recently had an outstanding dinner. We were seated at the bar with excellent viewing of the chef and his staff in action. The restaurant has a nice warm decor and feel. English is...More

My mom visited here exact 10 years ago with her friends. She said nothing has changed but cuisine. The meals we had today were excellent. The service from Mr. Satou was genuine, he welcomed us with smiles and ensure if everything’s fine even at the...More

I have to tell you that my favorite thing about eating here was watching the pastry chef work through the service. She was the bomb. We were able to get reservations through the hotel concierge on a Saturday night about 4 hours before dining. You...More

I've not been to a Joel Robuchon restaurant before (of the many kinds there are) but I have to say I had a very nice lunch experience here. Food is classic French with a few international touches thrown in, for example a gazpacho. Main course...More

L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon at Roppongi is the fourth Robuchon restaurant I’ve tried in Tokyo. Normally I go to the two restaurants in Ebisu (Le Château and La Table) which I think are the best among the many Robuchon restaurants I’ve tried in different parts...More

Akasaka / Roppongi
Not so long ago the Akasaka and Roppongi areas were
famous for their nightlife, high-class restaurants,
bars and clubs. More recently, with the opening of
Roppongi Hills, Tokyo Midtown and Akasaka Sacas, the
area has declared itself as the most fashionable spot
to be seen. The area also hosts the National Art
Center and the Mori Art Museum and lots of trendy art
