Cibus is one of those Italian trattorias that with time have evolved into the absolute best. Great and always surprising creativity, excellent (and often local) produce, perfect combinations of ingredients, friendly service without silly pomp, very good price, fantastic wine advice. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, which is true to local traditions. The owners provide detailed explanations on the origins of the dishes and wines which adds to the experience. All this comes at a reasonable price and in an atmospheric setting. A must!

In three weeks across Sicily, Puglia, and the Greek Peloponnese this was our favorite meal. Authentic Pugliese food wonderfully prepared, outstanding wine list (across a wide range of prices), and an amazing cheese cave! Go eat there!
