The best restaurant in Barolo. Everyone is welcome! The food are amazing, the plin is addicted and the cinghiale are very good. I have been there many times and no booking required.

We wandered into this hidden gem after a wine tasting in Barolo. We enjoyed a ragu pasta and lamb chops. We also had a dessert with the best panna cotta of my life!

We spent two weeks in Tuscanny and Piedmont, and this restaurant had the best food we had. So good that we went there on consecutive days. The owner was charming and found a place for us even though the restaurant was crowded and we did...More

This is one of our favorite spots in the Barolo region. They have all the traditional Piedmontese dishes but it just seems to be better here and the service is fantastic. Pasta dishes are outstanding. On this visit the gorgonzola gnocchi was the best of...More

The family spirit here is palpable - the owner insists on recommending his favorite dishes, and, he is absolutely right about everything--the pasta is the star, but many local favorites (along with a glass of local wine) is the way to go. Go out of...More

It is a cold evening, it is dark, nothing to do in this little city, no bars, no shops, nothing at all. And the owner could watch many tourists arrived at 7 pm as Trip Advisor informed, but just said: it is not open until...More

We've been thinking reviews were supposed to talk about food and service and the experience someone has in restaurant. We were wrong :) Of course we are going to update the opening time. Thank you for the polite suggestion!

This is a charming bright spacious local place with alfresco dining both in front as well as at the back of the main dining room. The service is good and the food even better. Every dish was a "wow" no matter how simple a dish...More

This is a definite must for us when we come to Barolo. You can take a culinary adventure by just eating the various appetizer/small plate type offerings instead of eating a entree off the menu. By the time you are finished with the adventure, you...More

We ate here twice during our recent visit to Barolo. Possibly among the best food I've ever eaten in Italy and we have eaten some very good meals. The service is friendly and our waiter guided us to some wonderful surprises. Good for vegetarians and...More

There was definitely tension in the air when we were shown to our table for dinner. Something seemed to be bothering our waitress because her assistance with the menu and wine-list was quite curt. The cause of the tension became clear during our meal, which...More
