If you are looking for an astonishing and surprisingly different sushi restaurant, this is the place to go. The cuisine covers japanese dishes as we know and way beyond. As well does the surrounding throughout the courses. Our dinner included tasty Wakame salad as well...as Sashimi of torched salmon, scallop, and sea bass. Sounds simple - tastes great! Espacially as it is accompanied by sweet chili & teriyaki sauce and wasabi mayonnaise. Followed by self-designed rolls as the main course: dried tomatoes, leek and yolk, within an inside-out roll and prepared in a manner you never had before. On top: the ingrediences are locally sourced and therefore without zero co2 impact. If you want your sushi in another way, no worries: Sushi chef Maria together with her team will ensure all your favourite components will join together with some surprises to cross unknown borders. In case there is space for a dessert: it is highly recommended to try the tartelette - vanilla infused sheep ricotta, pistachio di bronte and dark chocolate on a shortcrust. Simply delicious!
