Set up on the corner of Plage de la Feuillère, there are table set up on the beach, hammocks strung between palm trees, and a dining room that has half its...tables still on the sand, the location and view are superb. Sitting on a wide, loungy bench, toes on the sand, but relaxing in the shade, my iced coffee was cold and sweet and all the more delicious - until I got the bill. I count myself as partially responsible for not inquiring beforehand, but when the price of a simple iced coffee, shaken with ice, is TWICE the price of Starbucks, and in EUROS, it can be a little shocking. Perhaps the dinner menu is a little more reasonable, but for a simple break from the sun, give this place a pass, and cozy up to your bottle of water and beach blanket instead.More

This is a very popular restaurant on a very beautiful and popular beach. Come early in order to get a table, but expect to wait for your food. We learned to not expect prompt service at beachside restaurants. At this one, the reason seemed to...be the large number of tables, and the kitchen staff, though they were working like crazy, just couldn't keep up. The proprietor seemed more interested in schmoozing with locals at the bar than pleasing the crowd, who are, after all, mostly tourists who wouldn't come back anyway. When we got our food, it was extremely good. Delicious grilled fish and shrimps. And we very much enjoyed being in the cool shade of the patio on a hot day. So slow down and expect a long wait, or go somewhere else, or better yet, enjoy a picnic on this spectacular beach.More

I had lunch at Dantana cafe after reading the reviews. The food is very good, no matter what you order, I totally recommend the salad with smoked fish that was great. The service is slow, but they were very busy, so the waiting time for...a table and drinks took longer than expected. The view is amazing and I am not sorry we decided to have lunch there, just be prepared with patience because you might wait more than you think.More
