Spent a few months in the area and visited frequently for fish and chips. Each time the fish and chips were very good (hake). One tip I can give is to ask for crispy fish and crispy chips. It seems soggy chips are very popular!! Staff always pleasant.

We ordered a seafood platter for 1 that my little daughter and I shared, my husband and his Mom ordered a meal each. The food was oily, and the service took long, with terse waiters. We were given three mints when the bill came, because we ordered three meals

on the best spot possible (quiet and picturesque view on the local harbour) e enjoyed fish and chips and a perfect local wine which made us decide to visit the winery. However, hard it was to leave this perfect spot. Could stay a full weekend her and enjoy the local life,

A super casual, rustic type beach shack of a restaurant... We chose the hake nuggets and chips as we weren't too sure about the food and were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous it was! The hake nuggets were small pieces of fresh, battered fish and the chips were great. We enjoyed our meal watching the local fishermen, the locals walking... More

You have to go here for a nice fish meal and a great view over the small harbour. Service is good and try to get a table outside for a nice view.

Hungry on our way to Agulhas. Stopped here for a great seafood pan and a cold pale ale. Worth it! Prawns, fish and mussels were well cooked and tasty!

I've eaten at Pelicans harbour cafe over the past 5 years and each time it never disappoints! I usually have the hake and chips but this year decided on the seafood pan!! It was delicious! Wine excellent. View fabulous. Highly recommended!
