Yes, unfortunately. The coffee didn't even taste like coffee. It was so weird - - tasted as I imagine old socks in a tobacco tin might. Obviously the coffee machine pipes never get cleaned. The salad was fine, the wrap itself and the yoghurt sauce...were lovely but the falafel tasted rancid. What a pity. It looked nice from outside. I understand everyone in hospitality is doing what they can these days to stay going but this place doesn't seem to know what it wants to be really.More

I found this place a couple of months ago and may sweet jahova himself have come down and blessed my tastebuds. I had the best onion bhajis I've ever had. Ever. Since then I've been sneaking back and everything I've had has been mouthwateringly delicious....The staff are refreshingly down to earth, particularly the chef, who is clearly an incredible talent. And I know talent when I see it! *puts feet up on desk and takes a drag of a big cigar (I definitely don't know talent when I see it) But I can taste it! Ok? Fine.More

Best cheese and ham toastie I have ever had. Baked in pizza oven with chilli jam on a really nice bread.
While there opening times might not be 100% ! The food is.... Went in for a coffee and came out with a bag full of paatries as good as you would get in Paris. Went back a coiple of weeks later and got a pizza...that was very good. RecommendedMore
I recently visisted for the second time. Like my first visit, I ordered the Mighty Meaty pizza. This time one of the toppings was 'beyond it's use-by-date' and as a result I was violently ill. Needless to say I will not be eating there again.

My sister and I popped in to grab some bits as we passed through Roundwood this weekend, and we were delighted to find the pastries and bread were amazing! However we left the store feeling very surprised at how inexplicably rude the lady who served...us was. We felt as though we were inconveniencing her by entering the shop, and were spoken to extremely snappily we felt, particularly when asking questions and paying. Fortunately the delicious treats quickly lifted our spirits on a sunny Saturday morning!More
I don't say this lightly...I've eaten toasties from New York to Il de Re and back again. My wife and I had the best toasties here, cooked in the pizza oven with incredible bechemel sauce. Went there yesterday but unfortunately were closed so will try...again when open later this week. Highly recommended. Lady running the cafe was super and friendly, front of til lady not so much.More
Bought lunch here, the food was absolutely delicious, you can taste the quality. Staff were very friendly and chatty, surprised to hear 1 person found them rude, my experience was the complete opposite. I guess you get back what you put out. We're staying in...the nearby caravan park and the food was so good we'll be back for pizza!More
We popped in today, had a run in with the English girl working there, we commented that the service was poor, she actually hung up on a phone call to come over and row with us. It should be called La Pig. The other girl...working there was lovely. But to to be fair the food was lovely, fabulous brownie, nice coffee. The chicken wrap was more like a doner kebab but still very tasty. We wont be going back because of the lady making the food. And on a separate note. The staff dont wear any visors or masks while making the food which is a bit concerning in the current climate.More

All prepared on the premises fresh each day, pizza cooked in a wood fired stone oven, you wont find a better Pizza in the county. Try...their Chocolate Brownies containing liqueur cherry's, the best I have ever tasted, they go really will with one of their flat white coffees. Always have an interesting range of artisan breads.
