Nothing was too much trouble here. I am gluten free and the owner went out to get some fresh fruit to make me up a dessert. We sat outside and caught the only sun on the Main Street. Really kind staff.

Sandwiches are good , certainly well filled which is very good and great selection of jams and scones/ tea time treats . I'd suggest they could and should offer more modern selection of wraps, pita's and panni's. Staff are pleasant On the negative side -...to be honest and I'm sorry to say it , it could be much cleaner and smarter - many of the staff look like they just got out of bed and could be better organized..More
Marty’s Pantry is our favourite place to eat in Carrick On Suir. The Coffee Shop and Deli are located Sean Kelly Square, Carrickbeg, right beside the Tannery bar, with some chairs and tables outside. There was a cosy relaxed atmosphere and the food freshly cooked...and tasty. We had bean and vegetable soup with sourdough toast – perfect food for cold weather. Marty used to be a baker before owning this cafe and still produce some of his own cakes, home-cooked meats, salads, and jams for the cafe. We had tea and coffee cake after the soup. The food was tasty and definitely homemade. We also took some food from the Deli for later. Overall a nice friendly coffee shop to stop for a very tasty meal – recommended.More
Great food and super staff. 25 hungry runners left Marty's Pantry very satisfied after our long run! Brian from Swaby Sessions
This is a great cafe if you are a Coeliac. Marty was very helpful in identifying what was Gluten Free. Staff very efficient and friendly. Food very good, prices not too bad. Would go back again next time I am in town.
Huge selection of homemade breads jams preservative scones and desserts for sale. Good service and everyone always had a smile on their face. The food is always outstanding.
Brilliant food and brilliant service. Could be a little cleaner and uniform could be a little nicer . The homemade food is great and the best scones I have ever eaten
Quite a good Cafe in the middle of town, good stop off whilst shopping and You need a Break. Good Coffee Sandwiches and very nice Cakes ,Brown Bread and Scones.
Generally needs more attention to cleanliness. Staff uniforms/aprons were grubby. Good generally ok. Service was ok.
We popped in as the outside seating looked like a good idea on a rare warm summer day in Ireland. We had the tastiest meat in our sandwiches all cooked by Marty, he served us behind the counter. There's a lot of home made produce...on the shelves to purchase. It's not fine dining just an ordinary family business (I think) all with home cooked produce, fresh turkey, ham etc, so tasty. But I couldn't get over how delicious the scones were (with ruhbard and ginger jammmmm) they were so light and fluffy inside and a little crunchy outside, best ever in the world. Great little find.More
